Macbeth is a famous play, written by William Shakespeare, in which he is the main character. In it, King Macbeth is ready to make his intention to destroy the state and its government. This is what everyone thinks of him at the beginning of the play. A few days later, he gains a new level of strength, which is fatal to the government. However, a key aspect of the play is the leader's plan to keep the entire population away from his royal influence. The population, due to their faith in the king, is afraid to participate in a king's actions, thereby letting Macbeth get enough power and influence in the rest of the populace. Macbeth therefore keeps himself away from the court and only interferes when he needs to do so. There are several reasons why Macbeth's plan is successful. They are these: he keeps himself away from the palace and the court, hence, he has no need to worry about the king's opinions or ways. He also keeps himself away from the court so that the king's opinion on him does not matter, and the king will approve of him in public. In order to promote his ideas in the court, Macbeth has to bring up the grievances of the local Lord Magistrates who is charged with all the jobs in the court. With the help of a powerful poison, Macbeth is able to convince the magistrates to name him Lord Mayor of London. He then becomes known as the Lord Mayor of London, thus, becoming responsible for the administration of the affairs of the government and the subjects of the city. With Macbeth being Lord Mayor, he is also charged with the responsibility of procuring money for the support of the people in the court. He can also get money through some properties that he is granted in the capital. The problem with that is that the government would no longer be dependent on him, and if Macbeth uses his power and influence to usurp the throne, he might try to obtain his own power and wealth through his influence, which may also lead to great danger. Therefore, the solution for this problem is the character of Macbeth, who is always aware of the consequences of his actions. He stops himself from fighting in the courts and from claiming more power and tries to maintain the power of the government, and in turn the influence of his position, so that his plan of gaining power does not lead to loss of the throne.
